Individual one-off books are great for all kinds of things including portfolios, wedding albums, family albums and cookbooks.
Blurb and Lulu are excellent tools for high-quality individual book printing. I've used Lulu.com to turn early drafts of manuscripts into paper-back books. The process was easy, quick, and inexpensive.
